Replacement belt strap bought online by our customer for branded belt Armani Exchange buckle. This is the single AX buckle model we see the most often that requires servicing.
Not an uncommon problem as you’ve realized by now. Many buckles out there outlast their leather straps. And this one features a 1 inch skinny belt buckle. This Armani Exchange buckle requires 1 inch (approximately 23mm-24mm) leather straps or the belt cannot slide through.
Customer walks in with an AX buckle looking for a leather belt without buckle for it.
We tailored a tan crocodile embossed full grain cow leather belt to the buckle width and required length. The entire package looks better because the black nickel colour buckle, instead of the common white nickel colour, looks better against the belt.
